We handle the venue logistics so you can focus on the Mastermind. We secure a premium private villa and facilitate the strategic workshops.
For Non-Members
Subject to application and chemistry call
- Standard Ticket (€1,950): Shared double room (separate beds).
- Premium Ticket (€2,400): Private single room.
Includes the 3-day Mastermind curriculum, 4 nights accommodation, and all groceries/supplies. To foster deep connections, we cook our plant-based, family-style meals together.
For 40HE Club Members
As an active club member, you pay zero markup. You simply split the hard costs of the villa and groceries with us. We'll send you an email for your private booking link.

15-Min Chemistry Call
You'll jump on a quick 1-on-1 call directly with Fabiano (founder of the 40HE Club). We'll chat to ensure it's a great fit for both sides and answer any questions you might have.
The Invitation
If everything aligns, you'll receive an official, private invitation to book your room and secure your spot in Italy.

Everything you need to know about the Sorrento Mastermind.
What is included in the flat fee?
The fee covers your Mastermind participation, accommodation at the villa, and all shared groceries/supplies for our co-created, family-style meals. Flights and airport transfers are not included.
Can I bring my co-founder?
Absolutely! However, they will also need to apply (if non-members) or register separately so we can ensure an accurate headcount for the workshops and room allocations.
What is the cancellation policy?
Because we secure the private venue well in advance, we use a tiered refund policy: 100% refundable until July 15, 2026, and 50% refundable until August 15, 2026. After that date, tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another qualified founder up to 30 days before the event (subject to our approval).
