    What developing a platform for musicians, working at Google and writing has taught me.

    Beginning of 2025 I decided to quit my job at Google.

    Not to join another big company. Not to take a break.
    But to fully focus on my vision of being a successful entrepreneur. In a way that I can achieve sustainable business growth without sacrificing the other important things in my life - a life with purpose, freedom, and connection.

    I've been building (and coding) projects since I'm 21 years old. Now I'm 29 and the journey has been exciting so far with a lot of proud moments to think of. But at the end I never focused 100% on what really matters to me: facilitating meaningful connections between inspiring people who are building purpose-driven businesses.

      How does the matching process for peer groups work?

      Our matching process is what makes the 40 Hour Entrpreneur Club so valuable. We personally curate every peer group, matching you with 8-10 other founders based on your business stage (e.g., revenue) and other criteria. This curation is our most important promise to you. We would rather delay your start date than place you in an unsuitable group. If you are accepted as a great fit for the club but we don't have the perfect group for you in the current cohort, we will be transparent and invite you to join the next cohort. This ensures that from day one, your peer group is a true 'Personal Board of Founders' that can provide relevant, high-impact value.

      How often do you accept new members?

      We prioritize match quality over fixed intake dates. We launch new peer groups only when we have curated a perfectly matched cohort (8-10 founders at a similar stage). The process starts by joining the Priority List. We then send out personal invitations to the next stage of the selection process.

      What are the Peer Group Calls like?

      This is your 'Personal Board of Founders.' You'll be matched with 8-10 ambitious, bootstrapped founders from Europe who are at a similar business stage. These monthly, facilitated calls are a confidential space to share your biggest challenges, get actionable insights from your peers, and find the support to overcome founder isolation.

      What are the Q&A Sessions like?

      They are private sessions where you can ask pressing questions on topics like customer acquisition, marketing, work-life balance, or team building. You'll get honest answers from successful bootstrapped founders and industry experts who have navigated similar paths.

      What's the cost of the membership and how is it structured?

      The Core Membership is €85 per month. We bill on a quarterly basis (every three months) because we are building stable, committed peer groups. We find this rhythm is essential for growing the trusted, high-value peer relationships that our members join for. Your first quarter is completely risk-free. This 30-minute, pitch-free peer session allows you to connect with other founders and test-drive the vibe of the community before you formally apply to the 40 Hour Entrepreneur Club.

      Do you offer 1:1 expert calls or coaching sessions?

      Yes. Our Core Membership includes a quarterly group coaching session. For founders who want a more intensive, high-touch experience, we offer a 'Coaching + Concierge' upgrade package after you join, which includes monthly 1:1 coaching and private expert calls.

      What is the cancellation policy?
