Hi, I'm Fabiano.

Why does this community exist?

What developing a platform for musicians, working at Google and writing has taught me.

Beginning of 2025 I decided to quit my job at Google.

Not to join another big company. Not to take a break.
But to fully focus on my vision of being a successful entrepreneur. In a way that I can achieve sustainable business growth without sacrificing the other important things in my life - a life with purpose, freedom, and connection.

I've been building (and coding) projects since I'm 21 years old. Now I'm 28 and the journey has been exciting so far with a lot of proud moments to think of. But at the end I never focused 100% on what really matters to me: facilitating meaningful connections between inspiring people who are building purpose-driven businesses.

My mission is to grow an innovative and supportive community with highly-driven entrepreneurs who do not want to grind 24/7. A community driven by common challenges, inspiration, motivation and knowledge. The 40 Hour Entrepreneur Club.

Like many of you, I've experienced the exhilarating highs and exhausting lows – the pressure, the uncertainty, the long hours – of building a business. I created this community to provide the support and connection I wish I'd had – a place to grow together without sacrificing your well-being. Because, ultimately, our decisions, paths, and achievements are shaped by the people we surround ourselves with.
